Without his dedicated support, the building would be like any other modern apartment, but his commitment to listening without judgment and providing thoughtful, timely solutions elevates the entire living experience. Fabio exemplifies true customer service, proving that it is the human element rather than just the physical space, that creates an environment for living and thriving.

1. It's very annoying smelling weed in my apartment, because a neighbor is smoking and the building extraction system doesn't work very well.
2. It would be great to add new machines in the gym room.

|Recommended: YesHighly Recommend This Property — This property has close proximity to school, staff are cordial, Jelitza has been the most helpful associate we've dealt with and she keeps coming through for us.
The fire alarm noise management needs improvement and I guess that would make it ideal overall for residential.

|Recommended: NoMy Review — My overall assessment of this apartment is a 4 out of 10. Despite its proximity to the school and its fully furnished state, I cannot endorse this residence to anyone I know. The management's performance is markedly subpar and notably biased, which is its most significant drawback. The management consistently prioritizes their own interests above those of the tenants, showing little concern for anything that does not directly impact them. This self-serving attitude is evident in the frequent subleasing and high turnover rates among residents. Consequently, I would not recommend this apartment.
